Prime Laticus

The Laticus is a special nocturnal beetle that scuttles across Caerras. Commonly called a glow beetle by some, their luminous eyes are capable of vision up to several hundred meters in total darkness, and their six legs enable them to travel impressive distances. While it may not look the most majestic of Venari, the beetle was actually known to symbolize good luck and prosperity to anyone it would approach. Some believe that it is a visitation from their ancestors, bringing the light to them. As they say, a Laticus serves no harm, but blessings.
